    Virtual Prenatal Visits

    During the two virtual prenatal visits, I will meet with you and your partner (if applicable) via video conference. These sessions will cover a range of topics, including:

    • Birthing options and preferences

    • Relaxation and pain management techniques

    • Postpartum recovery and newborn care

    I will work closely with you to create a personalized birth plan and address any questions or concerns you may have.

    Birth Support

    When the time comes, I will be available to provide virtual support during your labor and delivery. Through video conferencing, they will offer guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help you navigate the birthing process. I will remain available throughout your labor, offering continuous emotional and informational support until your baby is born.

  • My full doula support package is designed to provide comprehensive care and guidance throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. You'll receive personalized support to help you navigate the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of this transformative time.

    The package includes:

    • Prenatal Consultations: 2 in-person or virtual meetings to discuss your birth preferences, create a birth plan, and address any concerns or questions you may have.

    • Labor and Delivery Support: Continuous one-on-one support during your labor and delivery, ensuring you feel empowered, comforted, and informed every step of the way.

    • Postpartum Care: One postpartum home visit to provide newborn care guidance, and emotional support as you adjust to life with your new baby.

    • 24/7 Availability: Access to your doula via phone or text for any questions or concerns that may arise during your pregnancy, labor, or postpartum period.
